All sports bets placed on toto5 are subject to the applicable sports betting rules published in the toto5 Help Centre. toto5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where toto5 reasonably determines that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the Member's account activity poses a fraud, AML, or regulatory risk to toto5; (c) continued account operation would expose toto5 to legal or reputational harm; or (d) a competent authority has issued an instruction to restrict the account. Upon closure for breach, toto5 may forfeit all balances held in the account in accordance with applicable law.
Members may close their toto5 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member's registered payment method, net of any amounts subject to active investigations or pending bonus conditions. Bonus funds that have not satisfied their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto5 holds its international operating licence.
